Personal Training

45 min-1 hour session. Focusing on your personalized goals and needs. These sessions include 15 minutes of warm-ups and 30-45 minutes of weight lifting, body weight exercises, HIIT training, and stretching all tailored to your personal needs.

Stretch Sessions

30-45 minute sessions based on your personal needs. Targeting muscular imbalances and the pain they cause using scientifically backed methods. The goal of these sessions is releasing muscular tension. These sessions consist of 10-15 minutes of dynamic stretching and mobility exercises, 10-15 minutes of partner stretching, and 10-15 minutes of myofascial release techniques.

Corporate Wellness Services

I offer a variety of services tailored for the corporate environment including weekly yoga classes, movement assessments and stretch sessions.
